Randima helps leading tech companies, NGOs, policymakers, and others understand and act on the intersections between technology, ethics, mindfulness, and social good. He emphasizes how mindsets, conditioning, and incentives drive outcomes in complex systems.

Randima is a Co-Founder and former Executive Director of Center for Humane Technology (CHT), which has helped shape global understanding of extractive technology and humane alternatives. CHT's work was central to The Social Dilemma, an Emmy-winning documentary seen by over 100 million people in 190 countries.

He started his career at NVIDIA, where he managed many award-winning projects and authored three #1-ranked books on 3D graphics over seven years. He was also a founding Board Member of the NVIDIA Foundation.

Randima then served for seven years as founding Executive Director at Mindful Schools, a nonprofit that has taught mindfulness to millions of kids and over 70,000 educators worldwide. Mindful Schools was featured in TIME magazine's 2014 cover story "The Mindful Revolution."

Born in Sri Lanka, he is grateful to have been introduced to both meditation (by his mother) and programming (by his father) as a child. A lifelong Buddhist student and practitioner, Randima is also a board member at Spirit Rock Meditation Center.
